After close to a full year of being shut down, the AMC theaters in the Vestal Town Square Mall are finally reopening! As WBNG reported, the cinema chain posted its reopening plans for the area on its website and detailed the "safe & clean" policies in place to keep guests safe. The major change involved theater capacity being capped. Masks will also be required to be worn at all times except while eating or drinking.
Let's be real though...we miss movie theaters because we miss the popcorn! It's been way too long since I last got to drown my popcorn in that wonderfully delicious butter flavored topping, so it's great to know we're just a few days away from getting to head back to the theaters! I honestly don't even care what is being shown, it's the experience that matters.
